In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with og777's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any Game-Specific Rules published on the platform, form the complete and binding agreement between you and og777 (collectively, the "Agreement").

2.2 By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or accessing any game, betting market, or feature on the og777 platform, you affirmatively represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Agreement in its current form and as amended from time to time.

2.3 Your continued use of the og777 platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the og777 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This age threshold is consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gaming established under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). og777 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gaming.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering with og777, you represent and warrant that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of og777 is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an og777 Account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who are currently self-excluded from og777 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Individuals accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of og777 or its licensed game providers, except where permitted by og777 in writing;
• Persons whose accounts have been previously closed by og777 for breach of these Terms.

3.4 Age Verification. og777 reserves the right to require mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) at any time. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed at og777's discretion.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) og777 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and voidance of all bonus funds.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to promptly update your Account information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. og777 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your og777 login credentials. You agree to:

1. Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other website or service;
2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available;
3. Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
4. Notify og777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

4.4 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your og777 Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. og777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to take adequate security precautions.

4.5 KYC Verification. All Members must complete KYC identity verification before making their first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: UMID Card, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), Voter's ID (COMELEC), and PhilHealth ID.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the og777 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). International deposits via USDT TRC20 will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. og777 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. og777 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from payment accounts belonging to a family member, friend, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. og777 will refuse to process deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

5.4 Processing and Fees. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your og777 Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. og777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, certain payment methods (e.g., 7-Eleven Cliqq) may impose service charges levied by the payment provider, which are outside og777's control.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. og777 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Large or unusual deposit patterns may trigger mandatory reporting obligations. og777 reserves the right to freeze an Account and withhold funds pending regulatory investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical and regulatory limitations.

6.2 Processing Times. og777 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the time of request approval:

• GCash and Maya: 5 to 30 minutes;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank: 1 to 4 hours on business days;
• USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph: 15 to 60 minutes.

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. og777 does not guarantee withdrawal processing within the times stated above.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. og777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) required documentation has not been submitted within the requested timeframe.

6.4 Dormant Account Balances. An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. og777 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 to dormant Account balances, which will continue to be deducted until either the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account. Members will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by og777 are subject to specific bonus terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal request can be processed. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion details.

7.3 One Bonus Per Person. Only one bonus may be claimed per Member per promotional period. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — whether through a second Account, a different payment method, or any other means — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account closure.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. og777 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it reasonably determines that: (a) a Member has created multiple accounts to exploit a promotion; (b) a Member has engaged in low-risk hedging bet patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; (c) bonus funds have been transferred between accounts; or (d) any other form of systematic bonus exploitation has occurred.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free credits expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Member's Account without compensation.

8.1 Game Availability. og777 makes no representation that any specific game, betting market, or feature will be available at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, provider updates, or regulatory requirements. og777 is not liable for any loss arising from the unavailability of a game or market.

8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, og777 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and refund the stake to the Member's Account. This is the Member's sole remedy in such circumstances. og777 will not honor winnings that result from a malfunction or technical error, regardless of the amount displayed.

8.3 Game Results are Final. Subject to the malfunction provision above, all game results are final and binding once confirmed by og777's gaming system. No claims for reversal of a settled game result will be accepted on the basis of player error, misunderstanding, or dissatisfaction with an outcome.

8.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the specific sport and betting market applicable to the event. In-play bets are subject to the betting rules in effect at the time of placement. og777 reserves the right to delay settlement of bets pending the outcome of official investigations (e.g., match-fixing inquiries) or statistical correction of results.

8.5 RNG and Fair Play. All og777 casino game results are generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. These RNG systems are independently audited and certified for fairness. og777 does not influence game outcomes beyond the published Return-to-Player (RTP) parameters established by each game provider.

9.1 og777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all og777 Account holders free of charge and at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum net loss limits per session or per defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains inaccessible and no deposits may be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion from og777. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in effect, the Member's Account will be closed and no new accounts will be accepted from that individual. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed.

9.2 og777 will take reasonable steps to detect and prevent compulsive gambling behaviors among its Members, including proactive outreach where account activity patterns suggest problem gambling. However, the primary responsibility for responsible gaming behavior remains with each individual Member.

9.3 og777 enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement strictly and in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any Member who has reason to believe that a minor has accessed their Account must notify og777 immediately.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the og777 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time;
2. Multi-Account Abuse: Registering more than one Account with og777 for any purpose;
3. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus promotions through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering, or any other means contrary to the spirit of a promotion;
4. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports betting;
5. Cheating and Exploitation: Using any software, bot, algorithm, automated system, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
6. Money Laundering: Using og777 to launder, transfer, or obscure the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity;
7. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another Member's Account, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or interfering with platform operations in any way;
8. Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory language at og777 staff or other Members through any channel;
9. Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating the manipulation of sporting events on which og777 offers betting markets.

11.1 All content on the og777 platform — including but not limited to the og777 name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of og777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the og777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any og777 content.

11.3 Any unauthorized use of og777's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, og777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if og777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 og777's aggregate liability to any Member arising from any cause of action related to the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 og777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the platform at their own risk, and it is the Member's responsibility to maintain appropriate security software on their own devices.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude og777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

13.1 By og777. og777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

13.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure by og777 for breach of these Terms: (a) all pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled; (b) all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be voided and forfeited; (c) any Real Money balance remaining after deduction of og777's claims may, at og777's sole discretion, be returned to the Member's registered payment method.

13.3 By the Member. Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting og777 support. Upon voluntary closure, og777 will process any verified Real Money balance to the Member's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of og777, you agree to first attempt resolution through og777's customer support channel at [email protected]. og777 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings under Philippine law. You agree that any such proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts or arbitration forums of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.4 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

15.1 og777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

15.2 The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the og777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

15.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the og777 platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 of these Terms.
